Account & Sign Up

QIs IslaFans free to join?

Yes — creating a fan account is completely free. You only pay when you choose to subscribe to a creator or purchase individual content.

QHow do I create an account?

Go to islafans.com and click "Sign up free." Select "I'm a Fan," fill in your name, email, country, and a password, then click "Create account." Check your email for a verification link to activate your account.

QI didn't receive a verification email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, try requesting a new verification email from the login page. If the issue persists, contact support from your Dashboard.

QCan I change my email address or password?

Yes. Go to your Dashboard → Settings → Personal Info to update your email, or Settings → Change Password to update your password.

QI forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

QHow do I delete my account?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your subscriptions will be cancelled and your data will be removed.

Subscriptions & Billing

QHow do subscriptions work?

When you subscribe to a creator you pay a monthly fee (set by the creator) and get full access to all their subscriber-only content. Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date.

QCan I cancel a subscription?

Yes, at any time. Go to Dashboard → Subscriptions, find the creator, and cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again after that.

QWill I get a refund if I cancel?

Subscriptions are non-refundable once charged. When you cancel, your access remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for. For billing disputes, contact support via Dashboard → Support.

QWhat payment methods are accepted?

IslaFans accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe's secure payment processing. Card details are never stored on IslaFans servers.

QWhy was my payment declined?

Common reasons include insufficient funds, an expired card, or your bank blocking the transaction. Try a different card, or contact your bank to authorise the payment. You can also open a support ticket from your Dashboard.

QCan I pause a subscription instead of cancelling?

Currently, subscriptions cannot be paused — only cancelled. You can re-subscribe to a creator at any time by visiting their profile and clicking Subscribe.

QIs my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. IslaFans never stores your full card details — only a tokenised reference is kept.

QWhere can I see my billing history?

Your active and past subscriptions appear in Dashboard → Subscriptions. Individual PPV purchases appear in Dashboard → Purchases, and tip history is in Dashboard → Tips.

Content & Age Policy

QDo I need to verify my age?

IslaFans hosts adult content. You must confirm you are 18 or older when you register. Some features may require additional age verification before access is granted.

QWhat is Pay-Per-View (PPV) content?

PPV is content sold individually, even to existing subscribers. When you see a locked post with a price tag, click "Unlock" and confirm payment to access it permanently. It will then appear in your Purchases tab.

QWhere can I find content I've already purchased?

Go to Dashboard → Purchases. All individually unlocked PPV content appears there with thumbnails and direct links to the creator's profile.

QCan creators send me PPV content in messages?

Yes. Creators can send locked media via direct messages. You'll see a blurred preview with a price — tap "Unlock" to pay and view it. Purchased DM content is yours permanently.

QWhat if a creator posts content that violates the guidelines?

Use the "Report" button on any post or profile and select the appropriate reason. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. For urgent issues, email support@islafans.com.

Messages

QCan I message any creator?

You can send messages to creators you are subscribed to. Free followers cannot initiate direct messages by default — a subscription is required.

QCan creators message me first?

Yes. Creators can send messages and PPV content to their subscribers and followers at any time.

QAre my messages private?

Yes. Direct messages are only visible to you and the creator. IslaFans staff may access messages in limited circumstances related to safety investigations or legal requirements.

QCan I delete messages?

You can delete messages from your own view, but the creator's copy is not affected. If you have a concern about a specific message, use the Report function.

Following vs. Subscribing

QWhat's the difference between following and subscribing?

Following is free — you get to see a creator's public posts in your feed and may receive messages from them. Subscribing unlocks all their exclusive subscriber-only content, full messaging access, and PPV purchasing ability.

QCan I follow a creator without subscribing?

Yes. Click "Follow" on any creator's profile page. You'll see their public content in your feed at no cost.

QDoes following a creator notify them?

Yes. Creators receive a notification when someone new follows them. They may choose to reach out and say hello!

Support & Safety

QHow do I contact IslaFans support?

Go to Dashboard → Support and open a new ticket. Select the appropriate category (Account, Billing, Content, Verification, or Appeal), describe your issue, and submit. You can track the status of all your tickets from the same tab.

QHow long does it take to get a support response?

Most tickets are responded to within 24–48 hours. Urgent safety and security issues are escalated and handled more quickly.

QI was charged but can't access the creator's content. What do I do?

First, refresh the page and clear your browser cache. If the issue persists, open a support ticket from Dashboard → Support, including the creator's @username and the approximate date of the charge. Our team will investigate and resolve it promptly.

QHow do I report a fake or impersonation account?

Use the "Report" button on the creator's profile and select "Impersonation." Our trust and safety team treats impersonation reports as high priority.

QIs my personal information safe?

IslaFans collects only what is necessary to operate the platform. We never sell your personal data to third parties. See our full Privacy Policy at islafans.com/privacy for details on data collection, retention, and your rights.

QHow do I block a creator or user?

On a creator's profile page, click the options menu (⋯) and select "Block." Blocked users cannot message you or see your activity. You can manage blocked accounts in Dashboard → Settings.
