Statement of Compliance

Pretty Things Online Inc, a Delaware C corporation (“IslaFans”), operates the platform at islafans.com. IslaFans requires that all content posted to the platform that contains sexually explicit depictions complies fully with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

IslaFans Is the Records Custodian for Every Performer

The sexually explicit content available on IslaFans is produced by independent, third-party content creators (“Creators”), who are not employees or agents of IslaFans. IslaFans nonetheless directly verifies and maintains records for every performer depicted in explicit content on the platform — not only the uploading Creator. Before any photo, video, pay-per-view item, message attachment, custom content delivery, or recorded livestream containing sexually explicit conduct can publish, the platform requires:

• A verified performer profile for each person depicted — full legal name and date of birth as entered by the performer themselves, front and back photos of a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, a real-time selfie, and a short liveness video recording, reviewed and confirmed by an IslaFans reviewer;
• A digitally signed consent release identifying the performer, the producing Creator, the specific content or production it authorizes, the distribution rights granted, and the date of consent;
• Where a performer other than the uploading Creator appears (a co-performer or collaborator), that person must independently complete the same identity verification before the content can publish — the uploading Creator's own verification is never treated as sufficient on its own. The producing Creator's role is limited to sending that person a verification link (their name and email address only); IslaFans collects and verifies every performer's identity documents directly.
• Live streams specifically are held to a stricter bar: anyone appearing alongside the streaming Creator must already be a verified Creator with their own IslaFans account before they can be tagged as appearing in the stream — there is no path to feature an unverified or off-platform person in a live stream or its saved recording.

Content is automatically held back from publication if any depicted performer is unverified, has no signed consent release on file, or disputes their participation in the content. Every identification record is also automatically cross-checked against every other performer record on file — matching on legal name and date of birth, and, where the underlying photos allow it, a facial-comparison check between the two records' identity photos — and any potential match is flagged and must be manually reviewed and resolved by an IslaFans reviewer before that performer's record can be marked verified, which in turn holds back publication of anything waiting on that performer until the match is resolved.

Records Maintained by IslaFans

For every performer and every piece of covered content, IslaFans maintains:

• Front and back copies of the performer's valid, government-issued photo identification, confirming their legal name and date of birth, plus a real-time selfie, a short liveness video recording, and any aliases or stage names used;
• The digitally signed consent release described above;
• A production record for each piece of content identifying its unique content ID, title, production date, upload date, publication date, the primary producer, and the uploading Creator — including recorded livestreams, which are identified as such in the production record.

These records are retained for the period required by law — currently seven (7) years from the date the content was last offered for sale or distribution, or until two years after the last production date, whichever is longer, in accordance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.2. Records are encrypted, every administrative access to them is logged, they cannot be deleted through ordinary means, and a deletion after the retention period requires senior (Super Admin) approval.

Age Verification Requirement

IslaFans requires every performer — Creators and co-performers alike — to undergo identity verification before any content depicting them may publish. No performer may appear in published sexually explicit content before their verification is complete. Content that is found to depict a minor or that lacks verifiable age records is removed immediately, the associated account(s) are permanently terminated, and the matter is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement.

Inspection of Records

Records maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are available for inspection at the address of the Custodian of Records listed above. Requests for inspection must be submitted in writing to the Custodian of Records and must comply with the procedures set forth in 28 C.F.R. § 75.5. IslaFans will make records available for inspection during normal business hours within the time period required by applicable regulations.

Exemption Notice

To the extent that any content on IslaFans does not depict sexually explicit conduct as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2), this statement is not applicable to such content. IslaFans makes no representation that all content on the platform is subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and the presence of this statement does not constitute an admission that any particular content is so subject.
