Safety Center

IslaFans is committed to being a platform where creators feel safe to build their business and fans feel safe to engage. This page explains our safety policies, the tools available to you, and how to get help.

Our Commitment

We built IslaFans to support creators and connect them with fans. That mission only works if every person on the platform can participate without fear of harm, harassment, or exploitation. Safety is not a feature we added — it is a foundation the platform is built on.

Our Trust & Safety team reviews reported content and accounts. We work with law enforcement, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and industry organisations to identify and remove illegal content and protect users. We invest in both automated detection tools and human review to enforce our policies.

No platform is perfect. We act on reports quickly, we improve our systems continuously, and we take every report seriously. If we fall short, we want to know — contact us directly at safety@islafans.com.

Zero-Tolerance Policies

The following result in immediate permanent termination and mandatory reporting to NCMEC and/or law enforcement — no exceptions, no appeals:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any content that sexually depicts or exploits a minor. We report all discovered CSAM to NCMEC as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
  • Content promoting child sexual abuse — any material that normalises, glorifies, or facilitates the sexual abuse of children, including text, illustrations, or fictionalised depictions.
  • Human trafficking facilitation — any content or account used to recruit, advertise, or facilitate the trafficking of persons for sexual exploitation or forced labour.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — sharing intimate images of a real person without their knowledge and consent.

If you encounter any content in these categories, please report it immediately. You can also report CSAM directly to NCMEC at CyberTipline.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678.

Anti-Trafficking

IslaFans has a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking. We do not allow the platform to be used to recruit, advertise, control, or profit from the trafficking of any person.

Indicators we look for and act on include: accounts controlled or operated by a third party on behalf of a performer without their free consent; scripted solicitations that suggest coercion; multiple accounts sharing the same payout destination with signs of centralised control; and language in profiles or messages suggesting the performer is not acting freely.

If you believe a creator on IslaFans is a victim of trafficking or is operating under coercion, report it to us at safety@islafans.com and to the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 or text 233733.

Non-Consensual Content

Every person depicted in content on IslaFans must have consented to that content being created and published. We treat non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) as a zero-tolerance violation — there is no version of this that is acceptable on our platform.

If intimate images of you have been posted to IslaFans without your consent:

  1. Email safety@islafans.com with the subject line “NCII Report.” Include the URL(s) of the content if possible. You do not need to be an IslaFans user to submit this report.
  2. We will review and remove confirmed NCII within 24 hours of a verified report and will permanently ban the account responsible.
  3. We will refer the case to law enforcement where the conduct may be criminal.

You can also report NCII to the StopNCII.org platform, which works with IslaFans and other platforms to prevent the spread of non-consensual intimate images.

Your Safety Tools

Every IslaFans user has access to the following tools to manage their experience:

Block

Block any user instantly. Blocked users cannot view your profile, send you messages, or subscribe to your content.

Report

Report any post, profile, message, or live stream using the report icon. Reports go directly to our Trust & Safety team.

Restrict messages

Limit who can send you direct messages — subscribers only, people you follow, or nobody.

Geo-blocking

Creators can block access to their profile from specific countries to protect their privacy.

Watermarking

Your uploaded content can be automatically watermarked with the fan's username to deter unauthorised sharing.

Two-factor auth

Enable two-factor authentication in your security settings to protect your account from unauthorised access.

How to Report

In the app:

Every piece of content, every profile, and every message has a report option. Tap or click the “ ··· ” menu and select “Report.” Choose the category that best describes the issue and add any additional context. Reports are anonymous — the reported user will not be told who filed the report.

By email:

General support: support@islafans.com

Please include as much detail as possible — the URL or username of the reported content or account, a description of the issue, and any screenshots if relevant. The more information you provide, the faster we can act.
